Thread regarding Raymond James Financial Inc. layoffs

Sure, I love the challenge my job brings, I love feeling empowered to make a difference, I love the fact "although not perfect" people are open to my thoughts and ideas providing I take the time to understand and respect what THEY are trying to do. Most of all I find it easy to be recognized because so many people would rather not be part of the solution but would rather have someone solve it for them first (and now bitch about it). Here's where you and I differ in our opinions, you feel the company doesn't respect you and I feel the company fully respects me. They have proven it time and time again. I work my ass off and they pay me well. When I've have a problem they've been fair. I give them a reason to respect me and I respect them and what thy are trying to do. If I arrive Monday and the doors are locked, I have no hard feelings its been an amazing ride. I'll continue to work my ass off and I'll see where Bella takes us, I already know where the past took us (times change as do leaders).
