Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

One thing for sure is the stock price is going higher. DL is serious and will execute for the shareholder and company. It is clear he is all about the bottom line and image of the company as a tough competitor. There is little remaining employees have to look forward to besides a higher stock price. Many CHK employees are overworked and underpaid relative to the competition, and after the layoffs this is more true than ever. If remaining employees are not fairly compensated CHK will lose more talented employees that will join the talent that was recently let go now not working for CHK. CHK employees have all been through alot of stress with all the changes and need to be treated fairly. Thank God the layoffs are over excluding additional sales. I truly feel for everyone that lost there job in recent months.
