Thread regarding Raymond James Financial Inc. layoffs

I've been through 3 layoffs in my life time and they all go down the same way. If anyone thinks that they are indispensible, or that that company IS your friend, then you are delusional. Companies care about 1 thing, bottom line. Yes, there are companies that start out family friendly but most, if not all, outgrow this. If you want a family friendly company, start your own business and don’t let it grow past the point of no return.
