@11:13. Don't blame HR. They are just doing their job. Okay. I agree with those being told to deliver the news. But don't be stupid. Certain management in HR love the power. They have pizza parties after people are let go, drink alcohol and joke around about what people said or how they reacted to the news. Its disgusting. Disrespectful. All I can say is karma is a bitch.
