"Not going today happen" is correct. RJ will not completely abandon St. Pete. They need a nice place for potential FAs and clients to visit. It is close to Tampa International airport and the beaches. A drive out to the boon docks of Pasco county isn't sexy at all. Yes maybe someday they will build out there, but it will just be for low profile back office jobs or BCP space. Actually constructing a building out in Wiregrass is a low priority now. Consider it a land investment.
