Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

Chesepeake Energy needs to be run out of town. All they do is lure people away from good steady jobs with the promise of a bigger paycheck, and then in a couple of months they have a layoff. Then the very next month you see that the jobs of people who have been laid off have been filled again. I believe they do it so that they don't have to give raises or benefits or anything. You would think they would want to save the time and money of having to advertise job openings and training time and expense, not to mention the unemployment or severance package the previous employee probably gets. Somebody doesn't have a clue what they are doing up there!
