They could get rid of the mgmt in Ohio and save money. Brad is never there and no communication, Matt thinks he knows everything and before answering questions he tells everyone he has a psych degree, yet he has no people skills. Several complaints have been filed against him but he drank the koolaid. Larry goes around joking about layoffs. It's a wonder any work gets done.
