Thread regarding L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. layoffs

Yeah, how can you design things to sell when the people that do that job are gone? I suppose if you can get the people left to work a lot harder then there would be more profit, and it would be more competitive. except you still have so many layers of team lead, shift leads, "supervisors" and then "management, who report to the real managers, its all wasted.
