Nordstrom's report said finance was 50-60% overstaffed, directors and middle management over staffed, Ops needs to take a cut but, you fired 220 performing engineers at a time when you need all the help you can get....very interesting...I guess it's like congress voting for the yearly raises that they deserve ha ha, directors and above are not going to cut anyone from the club, here's an idea, make your worthless management actually do some real work and they can see how fun it is right now?
