Well the managers are both Mormon and non-Mormon. No way to control that, it goes back to personal character. If they fire the right "managers", though other terms come to mind, it could actually HELP morale. We will see. If they don't can a few of the sorry "managers" and they can guess or take a vote, then morale is going to be half of what is is NOW, AFTER everything stabilizes.
