The person from the Florida, campus who "witnessed it (sexual harassment) daily, what was going on in public that you knew it was wrong? If it was out in the open couldn't you report it and name the victims?
Force the issue with you standing by the victims. Some of them would go forward if they wouldn't be alone because you were a witness.
