I think that the board is only now getting wind of what has been happening, and only just before that our senior executive management team. EThe layer right beneath them is where the details start to really get filtered. If you think about it, each manager reports up to their boss in a filtered way. Then that boss reports up to their own boss, and again filters the information. It takes a LONG time to get the right details in front of the right people. I can only hope they're starting the listen.
