CCI is full of crap on so many levels- however, racist- no way. Our campus Pompano is predominately black and Hispanic, in fact they laid off most of the white people- and other campuses I visited the same thing. They also take in as many poor white disadvantage people as they do blacks/Hispanic. I don't believe they are racist, and do not care who they rip off.
