Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Apparently University of Phoenix has a race problem. In most cases I would bet that management is planting these posts to divide and conquer. However, I also have concerns that enrollment personnel use racism to allow themselves to recruit people of color who would be better off in a community college, where they can get a better deal.
