Give people specifics on what type of complaints and what evidence they need and documentations; and if so, what's the real chance of getting CCI in trouble. Its well known that these schools overcharge, have paperless degrees, specifically target those most disadvantaged, some with mental challenges, misguide them in wrong careers just to get them in, that don't understand what they are signing and that administration can easily postpone drop dates in order to get paid, etc. etc. etc. need I go on? And of course the personal complains like sexual harassment, if someone has evidence they need to have witnesses to back them up and that is hard to find. So since you are so adamant, tell them what they need to look for and collect and how to go about getting it to you.
