What I am saying, partly in opinion and otherwise observations and accounts from first-hand affected witnesses, INSTEAD of additional layoffs that may have included severance monies, it appears that long-term furloghs are being implemented. Employees may be left out to dry with no work, thereby forcing them to get other employment. That's all.
