Those people who sit silent and post misconduct and illegal tactics without making attempts to report it to proper authorities are just as bad because you are giving in to the corrupt system by being silent or representing them. As many said avoid HR but there are many posts here that give appropriate sources to go to- BE A HERO might make you feel good.
