your accomplishments don't count. it does sound warm and fuzzy if they say you'll enjoy the benefits of a job well done, but the bonus numbers are turned in with the budget (same with pay increase if you want to call it that)well before performance reviews and the top honchos tell them what the number can be.it wouldn't change if you brought in a 100mm account or saved them 100MM with a streamlined process. But you might get jimmy johns for lunch!
