Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

OK what's this core value and leakage stuff? And is there a chance you could have core leakage? Sounds dangerous, very Fukushima. When I worked there I found the corporate bs hard to take after a while, but this sounds even worse.
