Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

Alot of recruiters posting to get your resume. My opinion is that you are sharing your sign on bonus or other comp with the recruiter -- better off going directly to the Company's websites and applying. Recruiters will sell you on what they can do but being on the receiving end they just send your resume in and it goes to junk mail....
