One thing for sure- I will be watching how the new Chk treats the people let go. If they try to screw people it is a sign that it is not a good place to work and I will be looking to move on. Severance should be reasonable and should include a full vesting. To me this will be a test of whether the new CHK is a standup organization that can be trusted and has integrity about how it goes about its business
