If I had to guess, I'd say someone with 6 years probably has between 40-80k stock, and while that's not unheard of for sign on bonus, my guess is your going to work for one of the offshore players that has an office in Oklahoma vs headquartered. Good for you. I also heard one of our competitiors in Oklahoma is of course hiring. Ironically enough Anadarko has openings too. Most of the companies I have interviewed with so far do offer some type of relocation package down to Houston or the woodlands, and the schools of Katy or the Woodlands are both good as well. So if I get a position and some vesting, ill leave, 5yrs here. Good luck all
