You people whining about severance and stock vesting need a reality check. You don't have the "right" to the job you have, it's a privilege. You had the right to an equal opportunity to get the job when you applied, and you have the right to not be forced to join a union as a requirement of employment. Right to work has zero to do with your rights to a job and specific set of benefits and compensation. Your gripe is whether you were enticed to continue doing a job specifically by the almost certain fact that you would be granted 25% of a future benefit every 6 months. Read the employment agreement you signed. That's about the only place you'll find any grounds for suit if there was a duty breached. I'm sure it explains that you or the company has the right to terminate your employment for any reason without notice, unless required by law.
