well if it is 2 months, cobra and no vesting there is no obligation to sign an agreement not to sue the company. Collect the 2 months as you will get it anyway as your notice and then hit the lawyers office. Lawyers will take it on contingency so you don't lose anything if the lawsuit does not prevail
