You can sue but you cannot WIN if you can't prove you were discriminated against for your age, race, color, religion or sexual preference. How will you do that when hundreds are laid off? You will be wasting your time and energy. Your sense of entitlement is entirely misplaced. Try an approach that leaves you with some self respect: go get another job.
