Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

I've been losing sleep for weeks. I know this is funny to a lot of you, but I've worked my ass off for over 7 years and can actually show the company how much money I make the company vs. what is paid and even that offers no guarantees. Really frustrating to work so hard and be punished because there are some people who don't do enough to justify a salary.
