Some of the best people in the industry to work with, on great shows. Can it get better than this? Really? Can YOU run a better studio? Can YOU make better movies? If yes, do it. What's stopping you?
No place is perfect! Every studio or company has its flaws. I'm sure you know this because DDU is way better than the last studio you were in.
what matters is how you deal with it. You can complain about it or come forward with suggestions to solve issues. You will never be successful at anything in life by bitching about other people. Things are not always going to work out your way, grow up and deal with it.
As an artists, this is the best opportunity you will ever have in your life to practice your art.
Create, Draw, tell stories, make short films, spend your time doing what you love.
