Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

all i know is my manager has recently been walking around all chipper but yet has not addressed us peons at all.another mgr walks around and makes jokes about whether we'll all be here next week. that to me is not real professional. where im from real leadership addresses their dept in times like these to at least acknowledge the situation and to at least appear to give the image that they care. but i think we got one mgr lined up for a position with akm and another lined up for sunny retirement. but hey...i guess we can all call the eap line for a pep talk! whoopee! frankly having my say, along with the koolaid drinkers on this site makes me feel better than any eap rep could and saves me cell phone minutes...oh..and gives me something to do.
