As employees are let go, everyone needs to talk...talk to others that stay, talk to those gone. A test of a company is how they treat the people let know. If the people let go are treated like dirt, it is a sign that it may not be a good place for the rest to work. Just because a company is trying to cut costs, does not take away from the positive contributions the employee made in the past
