Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

As CNBC appears to have used this website for their article yesterday, I think it would be in everybody's interest to pipe down, stop speculating and just let things run their course. This is an anonymous page, and there is no way to know the intention behind people's posts. We can't even be sure if everybody here is a CHK employee. Opinions and thoughts that people post on here may not reflect the opinions of the majority, especially when it comes to statements about productivity and morale. Leadership may not be reading this site, but people in the media obviously are, and when the #1 story on our Google page is a CNBC article about rumored layoffs, it brings bad publicity that will probably not sit well with management. Until you get laid off, CHK is still signing your paycheck, so do your work and make sure you are prepared for what may come.
