Obviously layoffs are necessary. The bigger problem is the way Doug & Co. have handled things so far. They keep preaching “transparency and open communication", yet have been extremely vague with regular employees. It's understandable they can't tell us who is getting laid off, but the emails from upper mgmt have made it painfully obvious they expect us to be corporate drones. If we don't like it then we need to leave. They're not personable and have no desire to be.
