something is definitely going on. in the last year, all OT has been done away with, the merit raises were minimal, and monthly quotas keep going down in manufacturing. plus Chinese "visitors" make you wonder when, not if, you job will be eliminated. I'll be looking for another job soon. Management sucks and the dead weight needs to be weeded out.
