Thread regarding L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. layoffs

Yes, the upper management are all overhead labor making big bucks but of course, they save themselves and axe over 150 direct charging engineers. Direct charge is billed directly to the customer at more than double the salary rate. How in the world can they justify this? It is all about the upper management saving their own hide. There will be several more layoffs through the rest of the year and upper level management will hardly be effected. ATK layoffs went on for 2 years and every quarter the worker bees went through the same stress of "am I going to make it this time".
