@Cooter: Maybe if the CSW division is bought out by someone, the rank and file will be adjusted to everyone's benefit? someone said that maybe CSW was possibly up for grabs, I hope that is true, it would be a tremendous step forward! And, West Coast companies could have a reliable, honest supplier! crossing my fingers!
