Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

Anyone know what the terms of termination are for the employees I.e, two weeks of pay or any severance...I doubt there will be as management has known this was coming but failed to give their employees a heads up well in advance. Most good supervisors would have at least told their people to start sending out resumes
