As a side note, I have never, ever seen so much manager shuffling at any company I've EVER worked for before, not even the military (Air Force). It always appeared to me that they would move the managers around, but never would a manager lose a job or get demoted. They just go in a circle, and that's that. This time around, they are looking to can some finally, but you still see the old "I moved manager to a better suited position doing blah blah blah" and we are stuck with the same corrupt managers as usual. We have some really good ones, but they get stuck with he worst crap in an attempt to fix it, while the bad managers get the opportunity to sink a well-functioning block of business. I think maybe the higher ups don't know how to fire a manager and hire a new one as they are groomed with the same practices, kind of like moving your cat litter box from room to room in your house instead of actually CLEANING it.
