Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I received this email from Carrie Caine at the Higher Learning Commission (HLC)...... "It may be useful for you to know that we do accept complaints from anonymous sources or from individuals who do not wish their identities to be disclosed to the institution named in the complaint. Depending on the nature of the complaint, we may be able to summarize the concerns articulated in the complaint without identifying the complainant, and move forward with a review based on that summary.
