There have been dozens of law firms that investigated them and nothing has touched them or caused them to change their ways. Same goes for the dozen state and a number of federal investigations. Two or three settlements but nothing that shakes them up.
The story remains the same, blame the employees. Hire them and then fire them. It is all the fault of the little guy.
