Nowadays no information is held private, one has to make an INTEGRITY call, but if these businesses do NOT represent your core beliefs and values then regardless of how long its time to remove yourself from it. I found most keep their mouths shut and then still think they have the right to work there or to complain. My friends reported the campus I worked at and won their case- two remained there with their heads held high, took vacation, came back and then they resigned - remind you with some legal money in their pockets. Now those are SMART and courageous people.
