Over heard our campus director Mike W telling another manager today that he needs to "get someone out of here" so they can't say anything to HR about his favoritism. I really hope this company opens their eyes and sees what kind of a dictator he is. If he doesn't like you, you're out. Seen it happen a lot with him in the past few months.
