HR Guy here. Look people, we don’t like this any more than you do. This IT Guy has to be stopped. If you turn over this IT Guy, we’ll forget about this whole layoff thing and just go on like we did before. Just tell us who he is, or where he is hiding, and we’ll send Lonzo and Lefty from HR over to pay him a little visit. He’ll be OK. We’ll just subject him to what we like to call the “disciplinary” process. After we’re done with him, he’ll gladly embrace the core values. Think about it. You got 24 hours.
