@Employed and Still Employed: I hear you... they don't. Luckily at my new job we have a minimum of about 35 people before there is a floor manager. Yeah CSW ops is pretty bad, in fact you don't mention the second shift which has smaller ratios of manager/supervisors/team leads/etc to actual workers. Everyone from lead to above thinks they don't have to work, and you can count 6-7 people on top of that guy getting the blame for low cash flow. No one would make this shit up!!
