Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

Can anybody guide me with this problem I am having. Our Dean was promoted and I have discovered she was close with several staff at the campus. I think its a bit wrong to go out with the Program Director for drinks. I requested some time off for vacation. Actually I had to because I have to much. I was denied and then found out the MA program director was on vacation for the 3rd time this year. Honestly I have never seen anybody kiss butt the way this girl does. I don't even think I could do it that well. She isn't the only one. The former Dean is close with many and still makes decisions for the campus. I put in for a job and didn't even get an interview but others have. Who do you talk to?
