If you think that UOP will reduce entry-level employees and lay them off then you're an idiot. We're busy as hell at the Online campus and many days we're taking 4-6 ACC's a day. We've had so much attrition the past year from other employees leaving for competitors or other jobs that we've neglected any customer service to students. It shouldn't take a Finance Counselor 48 hours to get back to a student, it shouldn't take an Academic Counselor several days to do a Welcome Call and Enrollment Advisors can't handle 4-6 ACC's a day and consistently follow up with them. If anything, OT and more jobs will be created soon. Now in terms of management or directors, then yes I can see more of those people terminated.
