Yes they will definitely bump one employee to get or keep another no matter what the level of work is. I worked at that campus and yes, they are notorious for doing that- especially the Admissions Director. How do you look yourself in the mirror when you use your "power" based on your own personal feelings or intentions. I blame it on CCI for hiring these kinds of people- these regionals play a deaf ear - since its always been about the numbers.
