Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

Love it when you say "CCCs and other staff who also facilitate classes are not necessarily double dipping". If you come in late because you are teaching until 10pm and getting paid for the course then you are double dipping. If you are grading papers while on the clock, then you are double dipping. If you are doing anything in OLS while you are working, you are double dipping. Besides CCCs and other staff members should be more worried about ALL of the students. Just because you know how UOP works internally does not mean you somehow can relate to the students better. That is something you have made up in your own head. CCCs and other staff members should only be allowed to teach once a year to stay active. Their job is to manage the faculty NOT teach.If you are spending 60+ hours a week on teaching then you are doing something wrong.
