To the poster who said, "they are pushing a program to have adjuncts punch a clock, electronically ..." It is a done deal mandate in effect. Online, on campus or wherever. They are documenting everything to cover their asses.
Hourly employees and salaried employees are placed in a position where it is becoming obvious that You are in "our" factory, so shut and do what you are told.
The system will let them control and terminate employees. What do you mean you weren't paid for overtime. You didn't show it on the electronic time sheet. Your supervisor told you not to show those hours? You swore, as if under oath that your input was true and correct. So all we know so far is that's "you lied." Oh you were afraid you might lose your job? Did you report your supervisor or did you call the hotline? You didn't!! We support Integrity and so far all we know is that YOU LIED!
