You are so right "get rid of lazy ass admissions reps" AND the Admissions Directors- but no, they get rid of the hardest working ones, those who are there longest and/or have 401Ks. Finance Director is a joke in Florida campus too- he picks and keeps his friends. And like the Admissions Director got promoted twice. Look for jobs people and get out of this business- remember do not take your vacation time.
