Thread regarding Raymond James Financial Inc. layoffs

so few people that know what is going on are now doing so much and nobody in senior management knows or if they do they don't care. Sooner or later there is going to be a major issue and when senior managment tells lower management to fix it there will be nobody around that knows how to fix it.
