Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

I must say that the air in building 6 on Friday was wrought with dread and no one seemed to be on the the phone until 10:30am. Much like a non-work, work day. Many people I chatted with are calling in sick on Monday as well. If they do this, I hope it's Monday...it's the "not knowing" that's really hurting morale, not just the prospect of getting laid off....so much for culture and the core value of "treat others as you want to be treated!" Also, another reason Friday didn't happen --- graduation was this weekend and we had visitors. Canning people wouldn't be student friendly on this momentous occasion.
